4/26/2013: Released version 1.1, which has improved DICOM support and improved error handling.

11/23/2011: Released a test set of DICOM images with metal artifacts. [ Download ]

10/30/2011: Released version 1.0, which is 6x faster, and has further improved image quality, especially for intracranial aneurysm coils.

6/29/2011: Released version 0.93, which includes a DICOM send and receive interface, for integration with PACS.

6/13/2011: Presented MDT at the International Society for Computed Tomography meeting in San Francisco. [ Slides (PDF) ]

2/25/2011: An evaluation of MDT on clinical scans was published in Radiology. [ Paper ]

11/29/2010: We introduced our metal artifact reduction method, the Metal Deletion Technique (MDT), at RSNA in Chicago, and launched our MDT web service. [ Abstract | Video | Slides (PDF) ]
